Our dining room overlooks the Las Vegas Strip, next to pirate ships in Sirens Cove, and features oversized retracting windows giving you the feeling of eating outdoors. The regular folks definition of “mouth watering” is “very appetizing in appearance, aroma, or description”. Our definition is simply Gilley’s BBQ! Some claim they have an authentic country BBQ menu, but we perfect it!
For starters, try our Texas Nachos Grande smothered in our award winning Gilley Chili, or dip our Sweet Potato Fries in our house-made molasses catsup.
Salad selections are made to fill you up including choices of fried chicken and pulled pork, and specialty dressings like Dijon honey vinaigrette and cilantro ranch.
Our ribs are so tender, you just might need a spoon! All are served with two sides and home-baked corn bread. Or bite into our Ten Gallon platter with BBQ ribs, rotisserie chicken, pulled pork, hot links bathed in your choice of Carolina Mustard, Smoked Onion, and Gilley’s Jack Daniels BBQ sauces.
Gilley’s signature steaks, fried chicken and 10 oz. burgers go perfect with sides like buttermilk whipped potatoes or white cheddar and green chili grits.
It’s not impossible to cap it all off with a warm chocolate walnut brownie sundae, or some hot apple biscuit bread pudding.
We’ll tempt you each night with a different special from baby back ribs to country fried steak, buffalo chicken sandwich, and down home strawberry short cake.
