THE CADILLAC THREE
MON 4/27 @ 9PM
102.7 The Coyote and Gilley’s Saloon, Dance Hall & BBQ is pleased to welcome The Cadillac Three for one night only at Gilley’s Saloon, Dance Hall & Bar-B-Que on Monday, April 27th at 9 p.m. There is no cover charge to attend the performance. This live performance is free and open to all ages. Doors open at 7 p.m.
The Cadillac Three, formally The Cadillac Black, whose members include native Nashvillians Jaren Johnston, Neil Mason and Kelby Ray have been friends and musical co-conspirators since they were kids. The Cadillac Three has a sound that hovers between radio-ready country anthems, hard-and-heavy rock and traditional Southern folk. Built around Mason’s thundering, melodic percussion and the sinewy intertwining of Johnston’s guitar with Ray’s lap steel, songs like “I’m Southern”, “Days of Gold” and “Whiskey Soaked Redemption” on their self-produced debut bristle with energy and explode at a moment’s notice. Tracks like “Down to the River”, “Get Your Buzz On” and “Back It Up” evoke the legends of Southern Rock – your Molly Hatchets, your Outlaws, your Ozark Mountain Daredevils – but they aren’t nostalgic, aren’t fetishistic reconstructions of by-gone eras. This the new sound of the New South, bigger and badder than ever.
FRI 5/1 – SAT 5/2 @ 10PM
Two of LA's most talented country singers, Eric Mason and Kaitlyn Weathers pay vocal homage to Country Music's greatest names. Gilley's Dance Hall will generally be open from dusk (6pm - 8pm) to dawn (2am - 4am) with a live DJ whenever there isn't a live band on stage. Whether it's the latest Texas two-step, line dancing, country waltz or any flat-footed glide that works well in cowboy boots, Gilley's has the ideal music and dance hall to accommodate all comers.
Regular folk will enjoy the nightclub scene as the live DJ spins tunes from rock to blues, modern and traditional country, and even a little hip hop club music when there aren't too many cowboy hats in the saloon.
EVERY TUES & WED 8:00pm - Midnight
Each and every Tuesday and Wednesday at 8pm, or earlier if the mood strikes us right, the Dance Hall stage will feature the best (and funniest) voices of our Saloon customers wishing to grab the microphone and belt out a tune.
Sing along or simply enjoy the sounds and sights, as we make sure all your favorites are on the song list, and keep the entertainment lively each Tuesday and Wednesday.
