Chancey and his drummer, lifelong friend Travis DeWitt, started the Younger Brothers Band with the humble, initial goal of entering a high school talent contest. The pair had no idea it would lead to wedding receptions, small fairs (then big fairs), small bars (then large clubs) and become a full-time career. In 2008 they were joined by the amazing vocals and lead guitar of Wyatt Springsteen; and Brooke Latka added a stunning fiddle and a third part to their harmonies. More recently, Jack Robbins joined the band on bass.
The result is Chancey Williams and the Younger Brothers Band, a rowdy, raucous, unapologetic, memorable stage show that is on the road almost all the time. Somewhere along the way, playing for friends became playing for wild fans. The studio album, Honky Tonk Road, was released in 2008, Highway Junkie in 2011, and the Billboard Heatseeker Charting, Echo in 2013. Chancey Williams and the Younger Brothers have sold, between digital downloads and CD sales, more than 40,000 records, almost unheard of for an independent artist without the aid of a major record label.

Dance Hall

Gilley's Dance Hall will generally be open from dusk (6pm - 8pm) to dawn (2am - 4am) with a live DJ whenever there isn't a live band on stage. Whether it's the latest Texas two-step, line dancing, country waltz or any flat-footed glide that works well in cowboy boots, Gilley's has the ideal music and dance hall to accommodate all comers.

Regular folk will enjoy the nightclub scene as the live DJ spins tunes from rock to blues, modern and traditional country, and even a little hip hop club music when there aren't too many cowboy hats in the saloon.

DanSing Karaoke

EVERY TUES & WED 8:00pm - Midnight

Sing along or simply enjoy the sounds and sights, as we make sure all your favorites are on the song list, and keep the entertainment lively each Tuesday and Wednesday.
